Stone Ridge Farms HOA Annual Meeting Minutes

Call to Order: 6:08pm

Board Attendees: Trip Ballard, Darren Christenson, Kyle Moore, Heather Simmons, Michael Simmons, Jake Kimery, Dustin White, Shelly Whiting, Jayme Cincotta.

Motion to approve the previous meeting minutes: Trip Ballard, 2nd Dustin White. Minutes stand approved.

Treasurer – Kyle Moore
December 2015 report should be ready by next week. Expecting $40,000 carryover in available money due to surplus remaining from previous years. There is $12,590.53 in negligent residential dues. All residents have been notified of any negligent dues.

• Budget for pathways on Korbyn, Agate.
  Need to determine liability first. See Landscaping section for further information.
• Budget for extended Cabana Room.
  We have expenses for more pressing projects, which will need to be completed first. We will discuss further at the next meeting.
• Social budgeting needs to be approved by Kyle and Trip. Kyle will get the budgeting information for Social Events from Natalie and keep track for future events.

Social – Shelly Whiting

• Trip is going to check with Neighborhood Services utilized by SRF HOA to see if Event Flyers are included in the package we have now. Until we know about fliers, they can be taken to Office Depot to be printed.
• Easter Social will be on March 26th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Easter Egg Hunt for ages 0-3, 4-7, and 8 and up. Drawing held for adults and possibly a gift card given for the drawing. Donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate will be provided. Location for event will be determined closer to the event, dependent upon weather.
• Shelly will send Kyle the budget for the Easter Social by the end of next week.
  Friday, March 25th we will meet to fill plastic eggs and make baskets.
• Shelly will email all future social event dates for 2016 to Trip.
• Trip will be talking to Bob about upgrading our current package to include fliers.

Pool – Michael Simmons

• We have not received approval from the city on pool pump.
• Jake will get prices for chairs to determine a budget for placement of a portion of the pool chairs.
• Michael will get with Billy to obtain a bid with Party of Five, cleaning services. We will see how the bid will fit in the budget for this year. We will discuss at the next meeting.

Landscaping/Maintenance – Dustin White

• Budget increase request for maintenance (mowing, brush hogging, planting of flats at entrances 2/year etc.) to $17,000.
• Additional budget request for lighting, irrigation, and flower beds at entrance on Morgan Rd. – $8,000.
• All in favor of approving the new budgets.
  Trip and Dustin will send all bids for maintenance/landscaping to the members and members will vote.
• Electric is up and running on Morgan entrance.
• Budget for pathways on Korbyn, Agate.
  Shelly has a complete list of homes affected and will send to Dustin to review.
  Trip will get with attorneys to determine liability.
  Depending on liability, Dustin will obtain contract bids and post warning about sidewalks.

Compliance/Violations – Darren Christenson

• Reminder that HOA does not permit overnight street parking.
• Patrol 141st Street.
• Sending out notices/warnings regarding Trash Containers (Big Blue) being left out on street curb or in front of the house.

President – Trip Ballard

• Any future communication with Natalie should come through Trip Ballard.
• Announced proposed board members and voted into position. Social Chair filled by Jayme Cincotta. Pool/Cabana filled by Michael Simmons. Secretary filled by Heather Simmons.

SRF Residents Forum – Zero (0) in attendance

• There were no current residents present at this meeting.

Next meeting scheduled for March 13, 2016 from 6:00-7:30.
