Big Trash Day
On the first Monday of each month, residents can set their bulk waste or big junk at the curb no earlier than three days before the scheduled pick-up day. Collection crews will take four cubic yards of waste about the size of two refrigerators. Bulk waste includes household appliances, furniture, mattresses, carpet, large cardboard boxes, tree limbs and fencing. No bagged items, please. Place bulk waste at least five feet from mailboxes and 10 feet from overhead obstacles. To report bulk waste problems call the Action Center at 297-2535 provide the address where the problem is occurring. An additional charge will be applied to your utility bill for additional waste.
