July 2017 Minutes
Stoneridge Farms HOA Minutes
July 13, 2017
Board Attendees: Jake Kimery, Ryan Aller, Melissa Dana, Jayme Cincotta, Misty Orr, and Darren Christensen.
Call to Order: 6:16
Social: Jayme Cincotta
- Movie night July 14 at dusk, will be watching Trolls.
- Movie night August 11 movie to be announced.
- July 4th parade was a success, got positive feedback about the earlier time, due to the heat.
Pool & Cabana: Melissa Dana
- Received 30 new pool fobs for new residents.
- The amount of residents with unpaid HOA dues is down to one page. Residents who owe dues will not have pool and cabana access until their accounts are paid in full.
- We have ordered new pool buoys as well as a hook and a new skimmer.
- Work has been done on pool filters and new sand has been used, this seems to be working better and not leaving sand residue in the pool. We are still waiting on a flow report from an engineer.
- Pool reservations have been going well the only thing being reported is that the bathroom doors as well as cabana doors have been being left open after cabana usage. Also received reports of lounge chairs being put and left in the kiddie pool.
- We will check on “annual summer sale” for possibly getting more new lounge seating.
Vice President, IT/ Website: Ryan Aller
- Website is running well.
- Discussed the possibilities of opening the option of reserving the pool for private pool parties on Sunday evenings or possibly a less busy weeknight. Melissa will pull a report to see how busy the pool is in the evenings, and we will revisit the possibility at the next meeting.
Compliance/ Violations: Darren Christenson
- Eleven Violations have been handed out for trash cans being left on roads after midnight. Sixteen for cars being parked in the road overnight.
- Have received resident complaints about potholes on Memorial road near the entrance to the neighborhood, the roads are not maintained by the HOA and all complaints and concerns should be directed to OKC Action Center (https://www.okc.gov/residents/action-center).
- A home was broken into on Drakes Way near the new entrance. Remember to lock all doors and vehicles.
Resident Concerns: Heather Finley
Landscaping at the main entrance have big gaps where plants have died. We will discuss this with Dustin White (board member over landscaping) to see what our options are. Heather suggested having TLC recommend new plants to use that would thrive and return in following years. Heather also suggested having a volunteer day for residents to help plant, weed, and make improvements to the entrances and common areas.
Meeting adjourned 6:43
