    the first time.
  • Halloween yard decorating contest
We will post on the facebook page that judging will take place on Friday
night and the winners will be announced Saturday before the party.

Treasury

  • Nothing new to report
  • HOA will be placing liens on properties through Canadian County for unpaid HOA
dues.It was asked about the possibility of adding onto the cabana, this year we
focused on getting the pool resurfaced and a new pump system installed.

IT/ Website

  • Asked for suggestions from residents in any way we can improve the website.
  • Requested to change cabana reservations from 4-hour time slots to 2 hour
    time slots.
  • Only allow reservations to be made 90 days in advance.

Violations

  • Continuing sending letters to residents about cars being parked on the road
    overnight.
  • The dog in the neighborhood that bit someone has been quarantined.
  • It was asked if there was any complaints about a certain trailer being parked at a
home. As of now, there are no complaints at the HOA but not known if any
complaints have been made to the action center.
  • Action center is the city response center, where problems are reported.
  • Overnight or weekend parking (for a commercial trailer) is ok but long-term
parking is not. Also, it must be parked in the driveway not on the street
    overnight.

Landscaping

  • Christmas lights will be put up in the main entrance off of Memorial and Agate
then we will work on the entrance of Morgan Road. We will wait until
construction is complete before we plan and decorate the new entrance on
    Morgan Road.
  • We will check with Jason to see if there are power outlets that work near
    the entrances.
  • Possibly decorate with large ornaments on trees near entrances.
  • The road is being worked on leading to the new phase of the neighborhood. It was
asked how many homes will be in Stoneridge farms. The total is 480, currently, we are
    at approximately 332.
  • A neighborhood cleanup day will be held in the spring near the pond on Drakes Way,
we will think about extending it to the west side of the subdivision. (right now the
property is still the responsibility of the developer and builders)
  • Marc Hader suggests keeping up on the commons area and ponds, do not stop paying
taxes in hopes that the county will step in and take care of it. This is not the case.
(This has never been discussed as an option by the HOA, as we pride ourselves in our
    community.)

Meeting called at 6:55 PM
