Stoneridge Farms HOA Meeting Minutes

January 16, 2018

Board Attendees: Jayme Cincotta, Misty Orr, Melissa Dana, Kyle Moore, Ryan Aller, Dustin White

Call to Order 6:21

Landscaping – Dustin

• Currently getting new bids for landscaping, so far the one that came in is more than the current service we use. We currently pay $1800 rate may go up this year.
• We will be having a community clean-up day at the pond on Drakes Way. It has recently been deeded to the HOA. HOA is checking to see if it is designated wetlands.
• The board approved to stay with the current landscape company.

Pool – Melissa

• Work is stalled on pool resurfacing due to cold weather, they need a week worth of good weather to finish the work.
• Still trying to contact an engineer for the pump system.
• We received a new bid for Vince to continue to take care of the pool and cabana cleaning.
• Reservations are starting to book up for pool season.

Treasury- Kyle

All invoices need to be sent to the HOA

HOA dues are due by the end of January.

Social – Jayme

• Nothing planned this or next month, the next thing will be the easter egg hunt on March 31.

Open to residents:

• Could the cabana be used for social gatherings such as a monthly card group?  Yes if this is something that is open to the residents of the neighborhood to join in the rental fees could possibly be waived.
• When will lights be added to the new entrance?  The developer should be adding these as that part of the neighborhood is completed.
