Board Meeting – Minutes
May 15, 2012
Present: Chris Sanders, Joe Harris, Jeff Redding, Trip Ballard, Casey Nester, Dale Day

Meeting called to order at 8:08pm

Joe Harris – Treasurer
Recommended waiting on basketball court construction until after the pool season, in case of emergency maintenance issue. Much discussion over the court, after a period of time consensus was to continue bid process for a half-court and research costs for at least two goals (possibly 3). Believed to be affordable with outstanding HOA dues expected to flow in as pool season opened.
Surplus budget still in effect but is being utilized quickly due to construction of new playground and landscaping upgrades.

Social
Trip Ballard was continuing to make efforts for Memorial Day activities of something more than just an old-fashioned bounce house.
July 4 festivities will begin with parade from Stone Ridge Elementary, ending at Pool House. 9am start time.
Jeff Redding – Pool/Clubhouse
Resurfacing and tile work on pool complete. Pool filled and ready to open on time, May 24.
Playground
Drawing great reviews from all who have used.
Secretary – Dale Day
New flier holders purchased and utilized at both Memorial Road entrances. Third holder will be used for summer at Pool House.
Redding mentioned possible mailing system to better reach all residents.
Next HOA Meeting: Thursday, June 28 at 8pm. Different meeting date than normal due to board vaca-tions and Thunder playing in NBA Finals.
