Social

  • Pool opens May 19 there will be pizza, drinks, and bounce houses. Movie nights will be
held in June, July, and August.
  • Pond cleanup will be May 12 and May 19 trees will be trimmed and clean up will take place on
the 12th and we will load trash into the dumpster on the 19th. Any chainsaws or other
equipment people have that they could bring would be useful.

IT

  • The website has been updated. Facebook now cascades over to the HOA site.

Violations

  • Have addressed many trash cans (left out overnight) and trailers parked at homes.
If there are fence issues that residents have with other residents, they can bring the issue up to
the board and we can try to address them accordingly if the issue is not resolved calling the
OKC action center would be the next step.

Finance

  • The old HOA account has not been used in some time, has been closed and all money
has been moved to the FM Bank account. The current balance is approximately $113,000 (the
payment for the pool work that has not been paid is approximately $14,000)
  • There is about $36,000 outstanding in HOA dues. Most of that is expected to be collected by the
time the pool opens. (residents that are behind on dues will not have access to the pool or
    cabana)
  • Cabana rental fees are being deposited weekly.
  • Pool- Still waiting for an engineer to finish his work so we can update the pump systems. What
was thought to be a leak in the pool turned out to be a clogged pipe and is now fixed.
  • Pool needs two new buoys. The awning by the kiddie pool needs to be replaced due to wind
damage, the cost will be $1350. Would like to look into new flooring or at least new matts in the
    cabana.

Landscaping

  • Flower beds need to be edged.
Suggestions from a resident – need new flower beds at the entrances with perennials not annual
flowers. Dead flowers need to be removed from beds. (a drawing was given to the board with
ideas of how it should look)
  • New entrance- Developer should help with flower beds at the new entrance.
There is an electrical panel right next to the sign is this going to a house or is it staying there?
