June Meeting Minutes
June 15, 2010

Present:
Vince Eitzen, Tim Rosetano, Mike Lewis, Ashlie Turley, John Riggs, Brant Lemmar and Casey

Absent:
Billy Lindenborn and Jeff Redding

Meeting called to order at 7:46 pm.

Review of Last Meeting Minutes:
A motion from John to approve May minutes was seconded by Mike and approved by unanimous consent.

Open Discussion:

Met with Don Finley at 13921 Agate Drive to discuss the parking arrangements for this RV.

Violations committee – Discussed complaint regarding visible storage shed. Vince made a motion to send a violations letter to Mr. Frick at 9900 NW 137th. It was seconded by Brant and approved by unanimous consent.

Social committee – Casey confirmed plans for June and July game nights and movie nights, and discussed plans for 4th of July celebration

Landscaping and maintenance committee – John said he needs to check the sprinkler heads on the Agate median.

Pool committee – John reported that he is working on lining up someone to paint Cabana bathroom floors with a skid resistant paint. He will also get quotes on adding onto the Cabana storage room to secure a computer for the mag-card system. It was brought up that there have been a few problems with excess guests at the pool and guests coming to the pool without an addition resident present. Casey is going to add pool reminders to the newsletter. Mike is going to make new rules signs for the pool area. Brant will take a look at the Cabana roof and then will contact NSC about possible repairs.

Treasurer report – Vince motioned to approve the percentage numbers presented by the developer for billing. John seconded and it was approved by unanimous consent. Vince motioned to revise the total sum owed by the developer to $6759.64. John seconded the motion and it was approved by unanimous consent.

John motioned to adjourn at 8:56 pm with Vince seconding and it was approved by unanimous consent.
