Premium Land has installed the soccer goals & tetherball pole.  Dirt work has started on the basketball court.  Climbing structure and swings coming soon!

Landscape has started at Agate entrance. ( 138^th entrance will be next in line, at a later date.

Three new street lights coming at 142^nd entrance.

Meter is broken at 142^nd entrance, OG&E has been notified.

Board approved re-hiring Turf Master Plus for 2020.  Rates have not increased.

Brian spoke to our Lawyer a couple weeks ago – there is no update on the land North of the neighborhood.  He keeps a close eye on this for us.

A constructive conversation regarding the bylaws was initiated,  t was agreed upon that the bylaws need to be updated in multiple areas including board members’ dues being waived or not waived.  This update wil be a goal for 2020 and a final draft will require a neighborhood vote.

Social events – there are currently 9 events per year – there was discussion of eliminating the pool opening/closing parties.

Christmas light contests ends 7pm Wednesday 12/18.  1^st , 2^nd , & 3^rd place signs will be placed in yards that evening.  Each of the three houses will get a gift card as well!

We are still trying to collect on the $3000 water bill (info on Oct minutes) and for damages on fence when struck by driver in 2018.

Reminder: Please don’t park your cars in the streets overnight.  Trash cans are to be placed on the sides of the homes, rather than in front of the garage.
