December Meeting Minutes
December 15, 2009

Members present:
Sid Helms, Vince Eitzen, Casey Nester, Garrett Morelock, John Riggs, Tim Rosetano, Brant Lemmar, Billy Lindenborn, Ashlie Turley, Jeff Redding

Members absent:
Mike Lewis, Lisa Riggs, Bill Atkinson, Phillip Hudnall,

Meeting called to order:
Sid Helms called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm with a quorum present
Review of November 2009 Minutes:
A motion was made by Sid Helms to approve the minutes from the November 2009 meeting; the motion was seconded by Vince Eitzen and approved by unanimous consent.

Open Discussion:
Sid Helms made a motion to allow new 2010 committee members to vote in December 2009 meeting. The motion was seconded by Vince Eitzen and approved by unanimous consent. The 2010 board is composed of:
Vince Eitzen – President
Tim Rosetano -Vice President
Billy Lindenborn -Treasurer
Ashlie Turley -Secretary
Mike Lewis -Pool Director
John Riggs -Maintenance Director
Casey Nester -Social/Welcoming/Newsletter Co-Director
Jeff Redding -Social/Welcoming/Newsletter Co-Director
Brant Lemmar -Violations Director

Garrett Morelock motioned to approve the monthly management report. Sid Helms seconded the motion and it was approved by unanimous consent.

Sid Holmes motioned for Garrett Morelock to draft a proposal to NSC regarding their lack of responsiveness and mismanagement of account. Tim Rosetano seconded the motion and it was approved by unanimous consent.

Pool committee reported that they will begin reviewing the pool’s condition in a few months before summer.

The landscaping and maintenance committee reported that they are in the process of collecting bids for a 2010 landscaping/maintenance contractor and will present the bids for a vote at the January 2010 meeting.

The social committee announced that the Santa party was a great success.

The violations committee suggested using the HOA’s pre-paid certified letters before they expire at the end of 2009. The main focus would be on homeowners who park their cars in the street overnight.

Vince Eitzen motioned to move the monthly meetings to 7:30 p.m. Billy Lindenborn seconded the motion and it was passed unanimously.
