Stoneridge Farms Neighborhood Closed HOA Meeting

Pool

NW Pool needs our close date. With so many people at home due to COVID, the pool has been heavily utilized. Weather permitting, pool closing to be extended. Last day for residents to swim will now be September 27th.

John with NW Pool informed us that the chlorine levels have been consistently on the low end and has recommended a second chlorinator at a cost of approximately $400. The board has approved the instillation.

Cabana

Annual service of the air conditioner was done. No additional issues.

Landscape

Hiring a company to maintain the landscaping at the entrances as well as an overhaul of the Drakes/138^th entrance continued. A third quote is needed. No definitive decision at this time.

Still waiting on final report and billing statement from Grace Irrigation for full sprinkler system check and repair.

On the west side of the Agate entrance, the stone panel end piece is pulling away and the panels are loose. Also, the gap between the stone fence and the white panel fence has increased to point that animals could easily get in or out. Superior fence to be contacted for repairs.

Issue with sidewalk across the street from the park/field, at the dead end. The earth beneath it has washed out. This will be submitted to the OKC Action Line since the city owns the sidewalk.

Three streetlights were installed near the 142^nd/Morgan entrance.

Violations

No new issues at this time.

Treasurer

Financial snapshot reviewed. No concerns at this time. Brian and Kyle to try to go to the bank Friday to open a savings account and to move $30,000 into it as an “emergency fund.” This was voted on and passed in Oct. and just has not happened.

Kyle to reach out to our insurance agent to reassess our coverage. Sections have been deeded over since the current policy was issued.

Social

Trunk or treat type activity will be considered.
