No new issues at this time.

Pool

The pool has closed and the end of season tasks have begun, covering the pools, storing furniture, etc.

The main pool did have an algae issue. John was able to get it corrected and the pool looked great the week prior to closing.

The springs in the hinges on the main pool entrance were losing the ability to return the gate to its closed position. Brandon was able to research the brand of hinges, discovered they had a lifetime warranty and got them replaced at no cost. Brandon and Brian replaced them.

Brandon purchased a new slide lock to be installed on the men’s stall door, however, it may need to be exchanged for a different size.

Exterior GFI outlets need to be replaced.

Cabana

Heather is working to get quotes to replace the flooring in the cabana and possibly the bathrooms. Board agrees that prior to a flooring update, the lighting needs to be updated as well as new interior paint. Once quotes are in, determinations will be made.

Landscape

The issue with the sidewalk across the street from the park/field, at the dead end has not been fixed. Heather was notified that a work order had been created. She will follow up.

We continue to have multiple leaks in our perimeter sprinkler system. Grace Irrigation has been out sporadically to work on it. We may have to look into a lager company that can send a team out to address the issues.

Rebekka has contacted Superior Fence several times in reference to the problems noted during the August meeting. She will let the board know when they are coming out for an inspection.

Social

Trunk or treat type activity will be held in the cabana parking lot on October the 24th from 2:00-4:00. The event will be posted on Facebook and residents can volunteer to set up a game/candy station.

A Halloween decorating contest will be held, similar to the last Christmas contest. Residents will be able to nominate addresses and then vote on the finalists. Gift cards, possibly to some local businesses, will be awarded.
