- Talked about potential long-term projects: The HOA is currently getting a bid to get the perimeter stone fence fixed/replaced, looking at potential updating/renovation of the cabana, updating of the Drakes Way landscaping.
Secretary
- Jerry Medford introduced himself.
- No new information to present.
Pool
- We were notified by our pool company that they will no longer be servicing our pool but mentioned the individual that has been doing the cleanings would be willing to bid to do the work independently. We should have the bid for the next HOA meeting.
Cabana
- Our website is having a few issues in regards to the calendar and time slots missing/messing up. We are currently looking into how to resolve the issue. May have to upgrade the website.
- Meeting a floor company at the Cabana to get a quote for potential replacement of the floor. Should have the quote to present at the next meeting.
Landscape
- A section of the stone perimeter fence right next to the crosswalk for the school was leaning and has a huge gap between it and the vinyl fence next to it. Superior Fencing quoted $4800 for the repair. The quote will be sent to all board members and a vote will be held at a later date.
- We are also awaiting a full quote to see what it would cost to repair/replace the entire stone wall as a long-term goal.
Social
- Next event is Easter which is tentatively planned for April 3rd.
Violations
- Nothing new to present.
Resident Questions
- Which pond is stocked? – The big pond was stocked but could take years for fish to reach a decent size. Also, the dam has fallen which is preventing the pond from staying full. Several residents are going to get together to build up the Dam.
End of Meeting: 7:08pm
