Stoneridge Farms Neighborhood HOA Meeting

April 17, 2021

President/Vice President

• Nothing new to present

Vice President

• Not present. Nothing new to report.

Treasurer

• We had $7,800 in income (paid dues, new fobs, interest on unpaid dues).
• We have $131,000 in checking and $60,000 in savings.
• We went from $20,000 in dues owed down to $14,500,
• We had $4,500 in expenses.
• We settled with the woman who hit the fence several years back to do a lump sum payment of $1,000.

Secretary

• Not present. Nothing new to report.

Pool

• Pool opened May 15^th with no issues.
• The pump was replaced shortly before the pool opened along with 2 pool lights with atotal cost of $3125.
• John opened, power washed, cleaned and filled the pools along with chemicals for a cost of $3110 for the opening.
• We are replacing the entire iron fence/gate section at the entrance of the pool. We are still awaiting parts. This is a cost of $1300.
• REMINDER THAT THE POOL IS CLOSED ALL DAY ON MONDAY FOR CLEANINGS. THIS IS A HEAVY CHLORINE DAY.

Cabana

• Monday has been removed from the schedule for the pool gate.
• Will design new signs for the pool to make rules and information more clear and easier to read.
• Outdoor pool phone does not work. May need a new one if we cannot find another one to use.
• The pool gate button that is on the inside of the pool area is unmarked. Will mark it to make it easier to find.
• Will get pricing to do cabana light covers.

Landscape

• Found an outdoor trashcan for the playground that is powder coated, dome lid, and metal. Will ask a few contacts about other locations to look to see if we can find one cheaper and make sure we can find one that has an in-ground mount.
• Williams Lawn Care came out and did the initial clean up of all of the flower beds as well as replaced the dead tree on Morgan Rd.

Social

• Dive-In movie scheduled for May 28^th. We will have popcorn and snowcones. Movie TBA.  

Violations

• Followed up with resident who parked in the street.
• Will get address for the house across the pool who has an access amount of weeds.
