Board Meeting Minutes for February 2008

Board Members Present:
Mike Finley, Kaycee Valencia, Lisa Riggs, Ryan Stewart, Nick Samarripas, Sid Helms, Jason Padgham, Don Finley

Meeting called to order.

Review of January 2008 Minutes:

Jason Padgham Motions for approval of minutes, Nick Samarripas seconds the motion, all in favor.

Motion passed

Management Reports:
Courtney with NSC handled bounched check from Taber’s closing from last year.

Phase 3 is 6 months behind.

Discussions on trying to get playground equipment even though phase 3 has not begun yet.

2008 Licenses for the Pools are awaiting arrival.

Approval for January management report: Jason Padgham motions, Kaycee Valencia seconds the motion, all in favor.

Motion Passed

Committee Reports:
Jason Padgham advises that the neighborhood garage sale will be the last weekend in April. Motion to extend the sale from Friday-Saturday until Sunday as well as motion to run the ad in the Daily Oklahoman by Kaycee Valencia, Nick Samarripas seconds the motion, all in favor. Motion Passed.

Ice Cream Social will be held on 4th of July.

Discussions on obtaining sand and containment unit for area behind Cabana for volleyball court. Prices will be followed up by Ryan Stewart.
Violations:
Various garbage cans are being left out in view.

Xmas trees still viewable on side of various homes.

Dresser being left on porch at xxxxx Teagan for extended period of time.

New Business:
Cabana use from last party. Masking tape/Duct tape was used on the epoxy flooring inside the cabana by resident and during removal, removed epoxy flooring. Estimates will be obtained to obtain more epoxy to fix floor. Costs will be subtracted from deposit, plus any overage from resident if needed.

Esitmates for cutting grass as well as the pompus grass from common areas from Valasco landscaping services. $500 for the season and bills once per month. Sid Helms motions for approval of services by Valasco, Lisa Riggs seconds the motion, all in favor. Motion Passed.

Lisa Riggs obtained estimate for an Entry Card system for the Cabana/Pool area.

Sid Helms obtaining estimate on wireless router for Cabana/Pool area, for leisure of residents during summertime activities at the pool.

Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 17th @ 7pm.
