Meeting called to order.

Review of November 2007 Minutes:

Lisa Riggs Motions for approval of minutes, Mike Finley seconds the motion, all in favor.

Election Of 2008 Board Members:
President- Mike Finley (Nick Samarripas motions, seconded by Sid Helms, all in favor.)
Vice President- Jason Padgham (Mike Finley motions, seconded by Sid Helms, all in favor.)

Discussion and Presentation Of The 2008 Operating Budget:
An estimated total income of $43,800 being received from homeowners dues, interest income, late fees, and pool rentals are being predicted for the 2008 operating year with an estimated total expense of $41,495. Motion to approve the 2008 budget made by Sid Helms, Lisa Riggs second the motion, all were in favor. Motion passed.

New Business:
Board meetings will be moved to weekday nights starting the first Monday after the 15th at 7pm. The next meeting will be Monday February 18th at 7pm.
