Minutes for Regular meeting on July 15, 2007
Held at SRF Pool House- 4:00 PM

Present: Jack Beall, Mike Finley, Nick Samarripas, Richard Frosco and Jason Padgham
Absent: Becky Bishop, Bryan Melton, Don Finley and John Riggs (resigned)
Meeting called to order by President Beall
Approval of minutes for no meeting in June and approved notes for May 2007. Nick S motioned and Mike F. seconded the motion. Vote in favor by remaining members.
Motion by Mike Finley to accept resignation of John Riggs and to accept the resignation of Richard Frosco at the end of this meeting. Jason P. seconded the motion. Vote in favor by remaining members.
Motion made by Mike F. to fill the two vacancies with Kaycee Valencia and Adam Edwards. Jason P. seconded the motion. Vote in favor by remaining members.
Discussion of monthly reports- All dues are paid, need to review budget to see if funds are available for pool covers, also need to determine real estate taxes on pool area.
Motion made by Nick S. to charge $35.00 for use of the Cabana for a 4 hour time period. Jason P. seconded the motion. Vote in favor by remaining members. Mike F. to obtain estimate of pool management expense. Jack to get vent for pump room at pool.
Jason P. advised of plans for picnic on Labor Day.
Being no other business, Nick S. motioned for adjournment, Jason P. seconded motion. Vote in favor by remaining members.
