Homeowner Concerns (Open Forum):

• Questions about the greenbelt were presenting by a homeowner in regards to ponds etc. The Board is reviewing the issue but the area has not been deeded over to the HOA as of present. Once deeded we will maintain the area.
• Streetlights will be addressed with the City of Oklahoma City in the new areas.
• Policing: Current robberies have required additional policing for the HOA.
• Pool has been full of people. Would it be possible to have a splash ground?

New Business:

• Violations and sanctions were discussed by the board with an open forum to our homeowners.
• Violations include parking in the street, trash cans, trailers, junk.
• HOA Dues: People that owe several years of back dues were discussed and possible liens being placed on those homeowners. There are approximately 5 homeowners in question.
• Discussion about the use of an attorney to review the proposals will be considered.
• A recommendation was made by NHP to publish the changes for everyone to review with the notice of the meeting. Also, publish the changes on the website for others to review.

Old Business:

• Cabana Extension: Discussed in Homeowner Concerns.
• Ponds: Discussed in Homeowner Concerns.

Social

• Pool closes on the 15^th
• Some chairs will be added and replace the chairs that have been damaged.
• Welcome baskets have been delivered and a pool on the 15^th.
• Pizza will be provided at the Pool Closing
• Halloween party is currently being planned by the social committee.
• Questions about raising the cabana charges to $50.00

Website

• The website has been updated with all requests.

Violations

• Scott Moss – Several letters have been sent to violators and pool key removed.
• Recommendations for layered fines. Possibly up to $100.00
• Violations to be addressed in the proposed changes:
  • Fences will need to be addressed: Damaged fences allow for dogs to run free.
  • Parking in the streets and double parking (Double parking – cars parked over the sidewalk will be ticketed by OKC Police.
  • Trash cans in the street and in front of the house.
  • Abandoned vehicles
  • Outside buildings & outside structures to include playsets.
  • Recommended changes will be provided to the homeowners for review.

Finance

• Currently the account: $93,816.85
• Amount of HOA dues still owed: $15,388

Landscaping

• Proposal for TruMaster Plus was approved.
• Homeowner’s need to contact the Board if they have any issues with the landscaping and not the vendor.
