August Meeting Minutes
August 17, 2010

Present:
Billy Lindenborn, Ashlie Turley, Tim Rosetano, Brant Lemmar, Jeff Redding, and Casey Nestor

Absent:
John Riggs, Mike Lewis, and Vince Eitzen

Meeting called to order at 7:37 pm.

Review of Last Meeting Minutes:
Casey motioned to approve the July minutes. Jeff seconded the motion and the agreement was unanimous.
Open Discussion:
Billy was still checking in with NSC regarding insurance for the pool cabana.

Violations committee
It was decided that violations letters would be send out the first of August and homeowners would have until the 15th to fix the issue or a lien would be filed. Tim motioned to pass the decision, Casey seconded, and it was a unanimous decision.

Social committee
Casey confirmed the BBQ Showdown for Sept. 4 would include hotdogs and contests. Tim will look into purchasing a freezer to store food for events in the cabana. Tim will also research how to celebrate National Night Out on Sept. 14. He will look into magnets or flashlights to pass out, and Casey will include information regarding the night in the September newsletter. Before the pool closing, two night swims will be held on Sept. 3 and Sept. 10

Landscaping and maintenance committee
John will check with the lawn company about when they will plant fall flowers.

Pool committee
The pool will close on Sept. 19.

Treasurer report
Billy reviewed the manager’s report from NSC.

Tim motioned to adjourn at 8:44 pm with Billy seconding and it was approved by unanimous consent.
