Stoneridge Farms Neighborhood Closed HOA Meeting 

Dec 21, 2020  

Start Time: 6:30 

Attendees: 

Brian Bost – President, David Cincotta – VP, Brandon Thompson – Pool 

Ashley Brown – Violations, Misty Orr – Social, Shelly Whiting – Welcome Commitee, Heather Finley – Cabaña, Rebeka Bunnell – Landscape 

President 

Previous Orders of Business 

• Christmas Light Decoration Competition- poll will be made tonight, 1^st round of voting (if a second is needed) will end Wednesday night. If a second round is needed, voting will go to Thursday. Social will deliver signs and prizes Thursday night. 
• Payments for repairs from fence have been made on time and is slowly getting the balance down. 

• Superior Fence- Will put notes in under Landscaping.  
• We need to make a post about possible open positions for the 2021 calendar year.  

New Orders of Business 

• 2021 Mowing contract- Voted on and approved to continue with current company at presented cost.  
• 2021 HOA Service contract- Voted on and approved to continue with current management company at present cost. 

• 2021 Cabana Cleaning contract- Voted on and approved to continue with the current cleaning at presented cost.  

Vice President 

• Will look into options for expanding our e-mail services to make it easier for different positions to access certain things while limiting access to the main folder.  

Secretary 

• Not present. 

Treasurer 

• Not present. 

Cabana 

• Google Drive announced that they will start to delete old, un accessed files and begin to delete them. We need to look into a backup for our older files.  

Landscape 

• Superior Fencing came out on 12/17. They will be providing a quote for repair on section that is beginning to lean. They will also present a future plan for replacement as these issues will continue to occur. President provided plat map since any repairs will require fencing to be torn down and have a temporary fence put up.  
• Presented document with all position responsibilities listed. Will finalize at the next meeting.  

Violations 

• No new issues at this time. 

Pool 

• No new issues at this time. 

Social 

• Will deliver signs and prizes for winners for the Christmas Decoration Competition.

• Discussed agenda for next meeting 
• Will finalize position responsibilities  
• Need to begin looking at information to go on pool signs and finalize before Spring.
