-Question was asked in regards to what we can do to enforce overgrown lawns and dilapidated fences. Due to the broadness of the property restrictions, there technically isn’t currently anything that could prevent the fence issue. The lawn issue was discussed and was stated that the board requests residents to notify the HOA using the website or the info@stoneridgefarmshoa.com email to send in violations. A letter will be sent.
-Discussion also took place on if we should vote again (several years ago vote occurred to allow for fines but was not passed) on allowing fines for violations in hope to push residents to fix and avoid violations.
End of Meeting: 7:20 pm.
