July Meeting Minutes
July 20, 2010

Present:
Vince Eitzen, Billy Lindenborn, Mike Lewis, Ashlie Turley, and Casey Nester

Absent:

Tim Rosetano, John Riggs, Brant Lemmar, and Jeff Redding

Meeting called to order at 7:42 pm.

Review of Last Meeting Minutes:

The reference to Mike in the pool committee notes was changes to John. A motion from Vince to approve the June minutes was seconded by Ashlie and approved by unanimous consent.

Open Discussion:

A verbal complaint was made regarding a shed that is visible from the street. A written complaint will be turned in and the board will follow up on it.

Vince motioned for Billy to follow up with Kari at NSC to check on the insurance for the cabana.

Violations committee – A follow-up will be made regarding the violations letter sent to 9900 NW 137th.

Social committee – Casey confirmed the BBQ Showdown for Sept. 4, the Back to School Bash on Aug. 14, and the Halloween celebration on Oct. 30.

Landscaping and maintenance committee – There was nothing to report.

Pool committee – Mike reported that there is a crack inside the pool and over 3 inches of water is draining out everyday. Once the season is over and the

pool is closed, the pool maintenance company will fix. The new rules signs are in progress. Vince will look into purchasing barricades to use when one of the pools needs to be closed. Vince motioned that if a card key originally assigned to a home is lost, the replacement charge will be $10, whether the home is occupied by the home owner or renters. Billy seconded the motion, and it was passed with unanimous consent.

Treasurer report – Vince motioned to start filing liens on the homes that still have a remaining balance and have not contacted the board to create a payment plan. Billy seconded the motion, and it was passes unanimously. Billy reviewed the manager’s report from NSC.

Vince motioned to adjourn at 9:00 pm with Ashlie seconding and it was approved by unanimous consent.
