Stoneridge Farms Neighborhood HOA Meeting

President:

-Garage sale dates could be the following: August 13-15, August 27-29, September 10-12, September 17-19. September 24-26. A vote was taken and August 13-15 is the date.

-Nothing to report.

Pool

-Fence & gate were installed $1300.

-Reminder to residents that the pool is closed on Monday for cleanings but will be open on July 5^th due to the Holiday weekend.

-We will be adding an additional pool cleaning day. An electrical issue shut down the pump for 2 days and we were unaware. The extra day means any issue will be caught before it becomes a big problem. This will cost and additional $375 a month.

Cabana

-Pool signs are $40 each and we will be having three made. The estimated time is 1-2 weeks.

-Cabana light covers are 14”x4’ and are about $45 each. We need 8.

-We need to check the timers for the outdoor lights, the outdoor lights and the outdoor outlets.

 – Look into getting locked covers for the indoor timers once they are fixed.

-We have a good amount of rentals so far and have had 7-8 lost key replacements.

Landscape

-Williams Lawncare should be out today for a meeting.

-The trees on memorial will be trimmed to prevent a line of sight issue.

-Sprinkler repairs are being completed.

Social

-July 4^th parade will begin at 9:00am at the Stoneridge Farms Elementary School Parking lot. The HOA will provide ice cream from Swirly Treats.
