Board Meeting Minutes
March 25th, 2008

Meeting called to order:

Mike Finely 7:30 pm

Review of January 2008 Minutes:

Don made a correction of the mowing fees to read “scalp $500, mowing $200, playground $100”.

Committee Reports:

Mowing –
Don reported that the lawn treatment company will come back to spot treat for weeds with no additional charge

Newsletter –
Nick will send out a newsletter mid-April to include the garage sale and pool opening

Pool –
Discussion was made regarding the treatment of the pool this year. A motion was made to have the pool chemicals checked three times per week at $35 per trip by a licensed pool operator.

A proposal for a keyless lock system for the pool was discussed. The cost for the system and install is $1795. The cards are $5 each. A motion was made to table the discussion after further research on the system.

Violations:
The Lien on the house on Korbyn for $882.63 was discussed. A $13 fee to add and $13 to remove was quoted.

Tabor is building houses that do not meet the minimum square footage requirement. One house is 1600 sf and another is 1624 sf. Don Finely will draft a letter to John Alexander regarding the minimum sf in the addition.

Next meeting April 21st, 7:30 in the pool house.
