HOA Meeting – Board Members only due to COVID-19 

Members present: Brian Bost, Rebekka Bunnell, Heather Finley, Misty Orr, Kyle Moore & Janelle Bell 

Members unable to attend: David Cincotta, Brandon Thompson, Shelly Whiting & Christi Cherry

Pool & Cabana 

NW Pool has told us that the pool preparation and cleaning required for the season opening should be complete by May 17th. They will be placing signage on the gate with COVID-19 guidelines. 

HOA board discussed if/when to open the pool. It is in agreement that the pool will open by Memorial Day weekend, pending the signage being in place. Also, a Facebook post will be made reminding residents that we do not have a lifeguard and that it is “swim at your own risk”, including COVID-19. 

Cabana rentals will also begin and a disclaimer will be added to the reservation emails regarding following current OKC social distancing guidelines. 

A few plumbing issues have been identified by Vince and Brandon in the cabana bathrooms and the pool pump room. Brandon will be contacting plumbers for quotes. 

Irrigation & Landscaping 

Multiple irrigation issues along the neighborhood perimeter, at the entrances and around the cabana, including leaks and zones not functioning. Grooms irrigation has provided an initial quote for repairs. Since the cause of the nonfunctioning zones and the number of leaks is unknown, final cost cannot be provided. Rebekka is going to contact Grace Irrigation for a second quote. 

Rebekka has contacted Grooms irrigation to evaluate the health of the plants/trees at the Agate entrance. Grooms planted them and they have a one-year warranty. 

An annual landscaping maintenance plan is being considered for the entrances and cabana to include but not limited to, weeding, flowers, trimming, mulch replacement, etc. Brandon has a contact he will be reaching out to for a quote. 

Social 

Due to COVID-19, the June “dive-in movie” has been cancelled and additional upcoming social events are “to be determined” at this time. Cancellations and/or updated dates will be made to the Facebook page.
