- There is an old bank account that is not in use that has a balance of approximately $23,000. The plan is to close this account and transfer the money to our current account.
- It is time to renew the contract with our HOA management company. The question was asked if we are happy with the work they are doing for us. All the board members are happy with their work, they are easy to contact and good to work with.
- HOA Dues notices are being mailed out for 2018.
Social- Jayme
- Christmas party will be held on December 9th at 12 pm.
- The plan is to have Santa there.
- Decorate sugar cookies
- Make reindeer food

- We are waiting for the health inspector to email the plans for the pool pump, as of right now they have not been received.
- A check has been sent to pay half of the fee to get the pool resurfaced the other half will be paid when the work is done. The total cost to get the pool resurfaced is $25,075.
- Discussed the possibility of resurfacing the parking lot, it is going to be placed on the back burner until we get a final price on the new pool pumps.
Violations – Darren
- There was an abandoned home in the subdivision. The squatters that were there are now gone.
- No other issues have been reported at this time.
Landscaping – Dustin
- Christmas lights are up – next year we will add money to the budget to add new lights around the other entrances.
- Waiting for it to cool off enough to treat the grass on the playground when kids are not playing on the playground.
- Neighborhood clean up is scheduled in February. More information will be given when the date gets closer to involve as many neighbors as possible.
Open the floor to residents
- The question was asked where you could go to see the HOA financials? They are on the website.
- The question was asked will HOA dues ever go up? Not in the foreseeable future. The only reason the dues would go up would be if the HOA took on a large project like a new park etc.
- Before the dues would ever be raised the $50 credit for paying early would be removed. ** this will not happen in the foreseeable future**
