November 2018 HOA Minutes
Stoneridge Farms HOA November 19th, 2018
Attendees: Scott Moss, Kyle Moore , Misty Orr, Jamie Cincotta, Heather Finley, Darren Christensen, Shelly Whiting, Brian Bost, Neal Clonts, Dustin White.
Not Present:
Social/ Welcome committee: Shelly Whiting, Angie Cox
Call to order: 6:35 pm
Meeting ended: 7:14 pm
Homeowner Concerns (Open Forum):
· Comments were brought up about the Facebook posts in regards to speed bumps and gates.
· The City of Oklahoma City does not condone speed bumps do to the liability.
· Gated communities are required to pay for the maintenance of neighborhood roads.
· Discussion about funds was brought up.
o Comments about homeowner’s that have not paid dues. There was a question about posting the homeowner’s that have not paid dues on the public website.
o A Discussion about splashpads, basketball goals occurred during the discussion of finances.
New Business:
· Christmas lights: The should be placed on Saturday 11/24/18
· Updating Security Cameras for the Cabana. We would like to get a quotes for the replacement of the current system.
Old Business:
· Violations: A brief discussion about the new sanctions was discussed.
· Pool Pumps: We are still working on the plans to get the engineering study completed. We have decided to start from the beginning and see if we can revive the process. We also discussed purchasing a new pump to replace the existing pump until we can get the dual system installed.

· Christmas party on Dec. 8th, 2018
· Christmas light judging. Lights must be up by the 15th and judging will be done by the Dec, 22nd, 2018

· The website has been updated with all requests.
Violations
· Waiting on Neal to send the violations to Stacey Burris
Finance

· Amount of HOA dues still owed: Need to know
Landscaping
· Fence to be prepared soon and lights to be upgraded.
