Stoneridge Farms Neighborhood Closed HOA Meeting

Attendees: David Cincotta – Vice President, Brandon Thompson – Pool, Misty Orr – Social, Heather Finley – Cabana
Rebeka Bunnell – Landscape
-President/Vice President-
– Look into adding more cameras to the cabana that would face the playground.
-All positions need to define a list of responsibilities and forward them to the HOA e-mail. Several positions will be available in 2021 and this will make it easier for a new person to step in.
-Landscaping-
– Hired tree trimmer to come out and trim the trees that were broken from the ice storm. Took about 4 hours for clean up.
– Still in contact with Superior Fencing to get estimate for repair of stone fence that is starting to fall apart.
– Will follow-up with sprinkler repair company to get invoice for all work completed in 2020.
-Pool-
– Will begin looking at new signs for pool area.
-Treasurer-
-Will work on Insurance renewal and verifying HOA has proper coverage.
– Will work on and present a 2021 budget at next meeting.
-Social-
– Will reorganize office of all Social items.
-No Christmas Event due to COVID.
-Discussed doing Christmas Decoration Competition.
-Violations-
-Will contact HOA Services to have 2 violation letters sent out.
